All-metal filter element EPNS.P for use in industrial filtration processes of corrosive liquids and gases under high temperature and high flow conditions, to remove particles from the vapor.

 

 

 

Description

 

All-metal filter elements EPNS.P are designed for use in those areas of industrial filtration processes where the use of polymer-based filter elements is impossible or limited due to high temperature, viscosity, aggressiveness of the environment and other harsh operating conditions.

 

EPSC.P filter elements are cartridge type elements based on corrugated stainless steel material. The element is an all-metal construction. The corrugated filter element configuration in comparison with cylindrical metal filters provides an increased surface area, which increases the flow rate and the service life of the EPNS.

 

The repeatedly regenerated all-metal EPNS.P are used to remove particles from steam, highly aggressive liquids (acids, solvents, etc., compatible with filter element materials), viscous media, technical liquids, corrosive gases, corrosive liquids, solutions with a high content solid phase, in processes occurring at high temperatures and other applications associated with high flow rates.

 

Versatility of choice is provided by different filter element configurations: four standard height sizes (250, 500, 750 and 1000mm) are available, micron ratings from 5 to 500 microns, various configurations of end parts (can be adapted to filter holders with 44.5 and 56mm seat) various sealing materials to optimize the compatibility of liquid media and temperature.

 

Special sealing, made with argon-arc welding, eliminates the need for different adhesives, solders, which can serve as a source of pollution and the reason for limiting the temperature regime and chemical compatibility.

 

The absence of an external housing facilitates the cleaning of the filter.
