Description

 

EPVg.P filter elements are designed for high-flow industrial microfiltration processes and combine the mechanisms of high-efficiency membrane prefilters and dirt-intensive deep filter elements of final purification. Filter elements can be used on any liquid medium in a wide pH range (1-14) due to the high chemical resistance of the filter materials.

 

The basis of the EPVg.P filter element is a high density corrugated filter medium made of polypropylene microfibers. The filter elements EPVg.P with an absolute filter rating are made in the range of particle retention from 0.2 to 50 microns. A special filter material provides increased chemical and thermal stability in a wide range of pH and organic solvents. EPVg.P is designed for a variety of applications where it is necessary to provide high filter performance in the pre and finish filtration processes. The fully polypropylene construction provides high chemical stability and resistance to mechanical stress.

Quality and Safety

 

Elements cartridge cartridge EPVg.P are produced in accordance with regulatory and technical documents for product quality and certified for use in filtration processes of biopharmaceutical solutions. All EPVg.P are washed from organic and mechanical impurities with highly purified water and are subjected to 100% control.

Washing, monitoring, drying, final assembly and packing of filter elements is carried out in special clean zones of class C and D (cleanliness class 6 and 7) according to the classification of clean rooms in the pharmaceutical industry in accordance with EU GGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice Guideline - Good Manufacturing Practice).

The materials used in the design of the filters have been tested for biological safety, have a minimum amount of extracted components and are allowed to contact with intravenous drugs and food products.
