Filter elements

 Technofilter produces the widest range of membrane and deep filter cartridges based on cellulose, polypropylene, nylon, polyethersulfone, fluoroplastic, lavsan, activated carbon, stainless steel and other materials certified for the food industry.

Wide chemical compatibility (pH 3-14), increased resistance to alkaline washes, long service life due to an increase in surface area up to 0.85 m2 / 250mm, excellent stable product quality. It is used only as a final filter for microbiological stabilization of "quiet" water in combination with an effective dirt-tight prefilter.

Wide chemical compatibility (pH 1-14), long service life due to high porosity, asymmetric membrane structure and an increase in surface area up to 0.76 m2 / 250 mm, withstands repeated washing and regeneration with hot water and detergent solutions, provide excellent stable product quality. Used only as a finishing filter in combination with an effective dirt-tight prefilter.

The automatic system with PI regulator maintains the set pressure at the output of the unit.


As a result of using a bypass bypass line paired with a damper, it was possible not only to extinguish the water hammer, but also to completely eliminate sudden pressure increases on the filters and at the outlet of the filtration plant.


The filtration system allows you to wash the PV from the microvoice in a closed loop.
