The main applications of products and technologies of  "Technofilter" in the production of colored liqueurs:

It is known that the alcoholic beverages, which include fruit juices and fruit drinks, are complex colloidal system which may disrupt the balance of a change in external conditions. Long-term observations show that filtering them through the filter cardboard does not always give an opportunity to get beverages that are stable for a long time.

 

Multistage cartridge microfiltration using various filter materials makes it possible to extend the period of stable transparency of products to a considerable extent.

To stabilize the alcoholic beverages after pre-treatment on the filter press, we propose to use a two- or three-stage filtration scheme before bottling on the basis of cartridge microfilters.

Filter capsules of KMP and KFV brand

 

Purpose - capsules are designed for fast and effective filtration of small volumes of liquids and gases. Capsule filters (QPSK or KVV) allow small-scale pilot tests to be carried out early in the development of the filtration system to select the optimal combination of filters, especially for the treatment of difficult-to-filter solutions without investing in stainless steel equipment.

 

Capsules are especially effective for critical applications, when it is necessary to filter individual batches of the product (one-time use).

 

Description

 

Capsules are ready-to-use inexpensive complete integral filters, which are miniaturized soldered in polypropylene holders. The design allows the use of capsules without the installation of a steel filter holder.

 

The capsule filter has a high-strength, hermetic polypropylene housing and is equipped with various filter materials with a wide range of pore sizes. The possibility of washing allows the capsular filter to be re-used until the entire filtration surface is fully exploited.

 

All filter elements of the NPP "Technofilter" can be produced in the form of capsules.

Filtration plants

 

At the request of the customer on the basis of multi-filter holders, manual and automatic control systems such as UPF.R and  UF.A, designed for various capacities (from 0, 5 to 16.0 m3 / h and more). NPP "Technofilter" carries out designing, manufacturing and completing the units in accordance with the individual requirements of the customer.

 

The plants are compact, mobile, easy to operate. They can be mounted permanently in place, on a frame or on a moving trolley. The units consist of several filtration units, fully equipped (pump unit, measuring and shut-off valves, pipelines, etc.) and are ready for operation.
